Gather & Grow Vendor Opportunities
Gather & Grow brings together patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals for a day of meaningful workshops, wellness experiences, and resource sharing. By sponsoring this event, your organization directly supports families facing cancer while positioning your brand as a champion of community wellness.
Vendors have the opportunity to connect directly with an estimated 200+ attendees including cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, healthcare providers, and wellness partners.
Vendor Opportunities:
Breakout Room Package — $7,500
Two packages available
• Table in one breakout room throughout the entire event
• Logo on signage outside one breakout room, event website, Chemo Companions website, social media, and newsletter
• Logo on hand sanitizers for attendees throughout the event
• May provide one branded item for swag bags
Vendor Table — $5,000
Five tables remaining
• Vendor table in courtyard visible to all attendees and speakers throughout the event with two dedicated vendor visit times
• Logo on event website and Chemo Companions website, social media, and newsletter
• May provide one branded item for swag bags
Nonprofit Vendor Table — $150
One table remaining
