Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Chemo Companions. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, and free from damage — along with proof of purchase. Because our products do not come with tags, we simply ask that they are returned in good, unused condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Chemo Comfort Bags (for health and safety reasons)
- Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at hello@chemocompanions.org with your order details. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the unwanted item once approved, and then place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund was approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@chemocompanions.org.
