During the holiday season, your generosity helped us show up for families navigating cancer during some of the most emotionally and financially demanding moments of the year.

For Thanksgiving, we provided meals for families in treatment, helping ease the load and bring a little comfort to the table. During the December holidays, we were able to sponsor 8 families with holiday gifts, bringing moments of joy and normalcy during an otherwise heavy season.

One of our sponsored families shared: “Words cannot describe how thankful I am...My mom and I hugged and cried when you left because of the blessing that you ladies have given us. My heart is so full.”

Thank you to IDEOlogy for generously giving their time and energy to support our mission. Their team packed 100 Chemo Comfort Bags and assembled 100 blankets for patients in treatment, each one prepared with care and intention!

We’re grateful to share that Chemo Companions has received a $5,000 grant from Thunderbirds Charities to support our Chemosabe Wellness Events.

This funding helps us continue providing wellness-focused experiences for Arizona cancer patients and their caregivers, creating space for connection and rest. We’re incredibly thankful for partners like Thunderbirds Charities who make this work possible.

We’re thankful to Katie from Heartfelt Souls for facilitating a meaningful sound bath at Ironwood Cancer Center. She shared, “It was a profoundly moving experience, filled with presence, release, and connection. One sweet soul experienced a gentle yet powerful release of both physical pain and long-held emotions.” Thank you to SWIHA and Thunderbirds Charities for making this five-class series possible.

We were honored to attend a luncheon hosted by the East Valley Women’s League to celebrate and thank the incredible Needle Wielders for their continued generosity.
